“The tour was a disaster from beginning to end. First, the area where you are required to meet and wait for the tour did not have sufficient seating. Second, the audio equipment which allows you to hear the tour guide did not operate well. At times it had lots of static and at times there was no sound at all. The tour guide also did not enunciate well in English which made the difficulty hearing and understanding even worse. I requested a partial refund and was denied. While I was promised a call form the owner, that never happened. Stay away from this particular vendor.”
