“We book all our tours on Viator as we thought they were all pre checked out. My family and I were sold an audio tour which normally means a headset piece. It was self guided which was ok but on arrival got told to download an app to listen to the tour and then was advised the wifi was down. Maybe this should be told upfront so customers can download the all app and bring thier ear pods”
