Pompeii in August is blistering hot and crowded. Can’t say I recommend going that time of year. Thankfully we had been before. So the upshot of this review has less to do with the vendor and more to do with visiting with limited time, horrible temps and large crowds. It’s an amazing place… just tough to visit under less than ideal circumstances.”
