Maybe I am a naive tourist, but to me Bologna is the town of Ragu, Lasagne and Tortellini. When doing a food tour, I would have expected anything like this. 2. Maybe you could redesign your map? It shows a clear walking-path alongside the main monuments. Aditionally it shows two dozens of restaurants. They dont necessarily correspond to the vouchers you get.
